Attorney Biography

Attorney Edward G. Seabury is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and with the Federal Bar. His areas of practice include civil litigation, personal injury litigation, divorce and family law, military law, consumer bankruptcy, and residential real estate. Attorney Seabury received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with honors, from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Attorney Seabury served on active duty in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Captain. Following the military, he worked as a Healthcare Representative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2004, an experience which gave him the unique perspective into the plight of indigent patients seeking medical attention, and the struggle many families have in qualifying for healthcare benefits either from Medicaid, Medicare, or through Military Entitlements.

Attorney Seabury later worked as a law clerk and paralegal while at the Law Office of Martin S. Rosenblatt, in Boston MA. In that role he managed the personal injury claims process with insurance companies and medical providers, developed real estate litigation files for evictions and other landlord-tenant disputes, prepared motions and pleadings in divorce, child support, and domestic violence matters, led clients through the consumer bankruptcy process, incorporated and organized new businesses and non-profit entities, and became proficient in managing the cycle of residential real estate closings.

Attorney Seabury is very active with charitable and community endeavors. He volunteered for the Earned Income Tax Coalition as well as community groups dedicated to the prevention of relationship violence among teenagers. Attorney Seabury has also completed eight marathons in various cities around the country.
